Keith Cousins serves as the Executive Director of Business Execution for OIT. Prior to rejoining the State in 2019, he held C-level and senior executive roles in both public and private companies, including KinderCare, Movie Gallery, Hollywood Entertainment, AT&T Prime Communications, Aronov, Newton Oldacre, and Triton Management.

He also brings extensive expertise in federal government IT acquisitions and modernizations, budget analysis, research, planning, data science, digital tool solutions, process improvement, lifecycle costing, earned value management, and program control. During his tenure with Computer Sciences Corporation, MCR Federal, and Tecolote Research, he primarily supported the National Security mission.

Mr. Cousins has more than 25 years of experience in driving successful business operations, strategy, analytics, sales, marketing, customer engagement, financial investments, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and applied technology. He earned his BSBA in Economics from Auburn University at Montgomery.
