Keith Cousins serves as the Executive Director of Business Execution for OIT. Prior to rejoining the State with OIT in 2019, Mr. Cousins held C-level leadership and high-ranking senior executive positions in public and private companies including KinderCare, Movie Gallery, Hollywood Entertainment, AT&T Prime Communications, Aronov, Newton Oldacre, and Triton Management.

Mr. Cousins likewise has keyman experience in federal government IT acquisitions and modernizations, budget analysis, research, planning, data science, digital tool solutions, process improvement, lifecycle costing, earned value management, and program control with Computer Sciences Corporation, MCR Federal, and Tecolote Research primarily supporting the National Security mission. 

Mr. Cousins earned his BSBA in Economics from Auburn University at Montgomery and has more than 25 years of experience in driving successful business operations, strategy, analytics, sales, marketing, customer engagement, financial investments, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and applied technology.
