OIT Agency Advocates serve as a liaison between agency customers, technical experts within OIT, and vendors to help guide solutions, resolve technical issues and to facilitate first-rate customer service delivery. Our Agency Advocates ensure your agency is getting prompt and courteous attention, along with great service from OIT. Currently, we have 140 OIT Agency Advocates dedicated to providing personal, immediate attention to any special requests or concerns an Agency might have regarding OIT services.
